MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toshiki Nakayama; "MIRAIT ONE") will participate in the social implementation initiatives aimed at the "use of hydrogen for the development of future cities" by Fukushima Prefecture and Toyota Motor Corporation (head office: Toyota-shi, Aichi; President and Representative Director: Akio Toyoda; "Toyota") in July 2022 with the aim of realizing a carbon-neutral society.

MIRAIT ONE has previous created and operated solar power generation facilities nationwide with the aim of realization of a carbon-neutral society, and has also implemented solutions contributing to disaster-resilient urban development. In this social implementation, stationary FC (fuel cell) generators will be installed in the Kashima sales office of the group company TTK Co., Ltd. with the aim of realization of carbon neutrality of offices and stores. In addition to contributing to lower carbon through the installation of the stationary FC generator, the generator will be operated and managed with a view to utilizing the FC generator as a power source in the event of a disaster.

MIRAIT ONE is promoting initiatives such as "urban development and regional development/ corporate DX and GX business" and "green power generation business" to create robust and environmentally friendly social infrastructure, and meet companies' needs for digitalization and becoming greener. MIRAIT ONE will continue to engage in the resolution of issues faced by customers and society centered on local governments, and regional revitalization.
