Health and Productivity Management lead by the top management
Our group is focusing on promoting health-oriented management, which is one of our material issues, and has placed it as critical element of Change 1 “People-Centered Management” in our medium-term management plan.
In July 2022, we issued the MIRAIT ONE Group’s Health-oriented Management Declaration.
We promote our health-oriented management under the leadership of our president and accelerate it by the organizational structure shown below.

We believe that employees who are healthy in body and mind, able to maximize their capabilities and work energetically, and this will lead to the realization of human-centered management. To achieve this, we place top priority on securing human resources and increasing employee engagement and well-being, and we will work to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism, and improve work engagement among employees through health management.
To achieve these goals, our health management indicators (KPIs) were decided at the management meeting as follows.
Reduction in absenteeism: The number of days of absence or leave per employee
Reduced by one day compared to the previous year
Reduction of presenteeism: Achieving an overall Wfun rating of A
Improve work engagement: Obtain of "2.5" or higher at the Occupational Stress Short Questionnaire (80 items)

To create a pleasant working environment, we regularly hold the Work-Life Style Reform Committee and start a new award, and also share good initiatives to the other organizations.

In addition, we are also working on the following as measures related to health management.
- 1. Initiatives to improve the working environment
- Regular distribution of "Health News" and "MIMAMORI(Monitoring) Mail"
"Health News" is published every month. In addition, 21 issues have been published as trivia on seasonal health themes.
"MIMAMORI Mail" aims to improve health literacy by providing content that can be granted by workers on their smartphones. - Promotion of teleworking

Even after its transition to Category 5, we continue to use the health app so that we can respond immediately according to the situation.

We encourage employees over 35 to undergo Comprehensive health screening as part of their health checkups, and subsidy the cost.
We improve our annual health checkups by making optional items eligible for subsidies as well.

- 4. Countermeasures against overwork
We hold meetings regularly to discuss working hours and overtime, exchange opinions, and share good practices. We also set up a subcommittee of the Work-Life-Style Reform Committee to addressing issues proactively such as "work hour optimization". - 5. Mental health measures
We provide consultations with industrial physicians, support for recuperation, and support after returning to work because mental health illnesses are increasing.
We also hold self-care and on-line seminars for preventive measures, implement measures and events that contribute to revitalizing communication. - 6. Smoking cessation measures
We hold seminars every year to raise awareness about the harmful effects of smoking on the body, and also share the experiences of people who have quit smoking. - 7. Efforts to promote health management toward the business partners
The Partner Association is conducting training by external lecturers on the theme of "healthy management" - 8. Efforts regarding women's health issues
We hold a "Women's Seminar" every year. The participation rate was 4.9% in 2023 and 5.1% in 2024.
We will continue to aim to create a workplace where women can work comfortably.
We are certified as a 2024 Certified KIH Outstanding Organization
In March 2024, Mirait One Co., Ltd. was certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a "2024 Certified KENKO Investment for Health (KIH) Outstanding Organization (large-scale enterprise category) " as a company that practices excellent health management.
We will continue to work to improve the environment for practicing health management and create the situation where better health leads to better results.
