MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS Corporation (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihiko Tamura; "MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS"), which is a Group Company of MIRAIT ONE Corporation, has developed a "ConRepo/Alcohol Check Linking Service" enabling reporting and management of alcohol tests before and after driving with simple operation for industries such as food, construction and manufacturing, and will commence sales on August 22, 2022.

The revised Enforcement Regulations of the Road Traffic Act came into force from April 2022, and checks using alcohol checkers will be required for private car as well as company vehicles used in places of business. Obligations of business operators are increasing, such as business operators with one or more vehicles with a capacity of 11 passengers or more, or five or more other vehicles being required to determine a "driving safety supervisor" and notify the police within 15 days.

MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS has provided ConRepo (condition report) services enabling the rapid input, tallying and management of the working conditions and health conditions for employees for approximately two years, and utilized the many accomplishments, know-how and experience accumulated through this to start development of a ConRepo/Alcohol Check Linking Service that corresponds to this revision of the law, and will commence sales of the service.

The ConRepo/Alcohol Check Linking Service enables automatic entry of figures based on AI image analysis after photos of test figures are taken on alcohol checkers. Its greatest feature is that it can be widely used without buying replacements for checkers that are already being used because it is not dependent on the model of alcohol checker, of which many already exist. Furthermore, it utilizes an algorithm boasting a high-precision reading rate of 90% or more, enabling the rapid detection of objects based on images and video. This makes it possible to easily record anywhere at any time without relying on a specific checker model. In addition, there is no need to install an application, and input operations can be performed from a smartphone, tablet or PC even in the busy period before work as long as a browser is available. Moreover, driving safety supervisors can check the number of applicable alcohol check cases for each state of approval and easily check detailed information such as displaying a list of a specific driver's condition on screen. It can also be used for remote alcohol checks because it shoots and records images of the individual and the check results of the alcohol checker. Incorrect input can also be avoided due to automatic input of check results. In the event an alcohol concentration of 0.15mg or higher is detected in a driver, a report is immediately sent to the driving safety supervisor. The service is priced at around 400 yen per month per user.

With "health" as a keyword, MIRAIT ONE SYSTEMS will continue to offer services that protect the health and safety of employees, and provide support to companies aiming to achieve health & productivity management by expanding the ConRepo series to link to disaster control measures such as safety confirmation systems.
