MIRAIT ONE Corporation (headquartered in Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO, Toshiki Nakayama) has established the "MIRAIT ONE Group: Health-Oriented Management Declaration."
As one of the business reforms contained in our Medium-term Management Plan, we are working to maintain and promote health, which is the source of our workers' vitality. We will also develop workable measures for our Health-Oriented Management initiative, which forms the basis of our People- Centric Management.

The MIRAIT ONE Group has defined its Purpose (meaning of existence) as "Co-creating an exciting future through challenges and technology" and has clearly defined its Mission (role in society). We will continue to work as a corporate group that continues to serve society.
For that reason, in order to realize People-Centric Management by forming a group of talented workers who will change society and the future, and in order for employees to demonstrate their best performance, we believe that it is necessary for not only employees themselves but also their families who support them to continue to be healthy both physically and mentally.
To realize health management, we hereby declare that the company, the labor union, and the health insurance union will work together to maintain and improve health.
