Major telecommunications construction company MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toshiki Nakayama; "MIRAIT ONE") will establish the Alliance Business Department to accelerate new business creation in future based on the roll-out of "IOWN （Innovative Optical and Wireless Network）" (a future communication platform utilizing the latest optical technology and information processing technology for realizing a smart world) that will be implemented in society from 2023.

MIRAIT ONE already participates in the "IOWN Global Forum"* , and with the establishment of the "Alliance Business Department", we will accelerate its "urban and regional development / Corporate DX and GX" business by supporting the social implementation of new information and communications infrastructure utilizing engineering know-how in the communications infrastructure and ICT areas that MIRAIT ONE has developed. Furthermore, collaboration with alliance partners through open innovation will be enhanced by conducting activities through the organization, and the company will engage in business activities that contribute to convenience and richness of society.
