Major telecommunications construction company MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toshiki Nakayama; "MIRAIT ONE") was registered as ZEB Planner as a company with a publicly available consultation desk for the realization of ZEB and providing operational support (architectural design, other design, consulting, etc.) by Sustainable open Innovation Initiative (SII) on March 31, 2023.


Japan committed to reduce CO2 emissions by 46% compared to 2013 by 2030 at COP21 to address global warming, and it is necessary to take steps such as the active promotion of reduction of energy consumption and introduction of renewable energy to achieve this goal. Among these, the implementation of ZEB and particularly the implementation of ZEB for not only new buildings, but also existing buildings is expected to be an effective measure. Furthermore, receiving ZEB certification leads to facility owner customers being recognized by society, leading to the improvement of evaluation and value of buildings.
