【MIRAIT ONE Corporation】Received "Eruboshi" Two-Star Certification based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
Major telecommunications construction company MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toshiki Nakayama; "MIRAIT ONE") received a two-star (level 2) rating in the "Eruboshi" certification as an excellent company based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace on September 25, 2024.
The "Eruboshi" certification is awarded to companies that meet certain requirements, such as demonstrating excellent implementation of initiatives to promote women's participation and advancement. Companies are assessed based on five evaluation items - (1) employment, (2) continued length of employment, (3) working hours and work styles, (4) ratio of management positions, and (5) diverse career paths - and are given one of the three levels of certification according to the number of items satisfying the criteria set.
MIRAIT ONE will continue expanding opportunities for women to play active roles in the workplace and work proactively to create a working environment in which not only women but all employees can play an active role while fully demonstrating their individuality and abilities.
