The MIRAIT ONE Group will introduce newly designed corporate uniforms for its four group companies MIRAIT ONE Corporation, TTK Co., Ltd., SOLCOM Co., Ltd., and Shikokutsuken Co., Ltd., in April 2026.
The uniforms, designed and produced by Onward Corporate Design Co., Ltd., will be worn by a total of approximately 30,000 workers, including Group employees and partners.

Recognizing that uniform renewal is an important initiative to foster a sense of unity throughout the entire Group, the MIRAIT ONE Group launched a renewal project participated in by young employees from each Group company. Project members met over 150 times, continuing to have discussions over a period of about two years, and decided on the new corporate uniforms under the concept of "ONE-team uniform" that represents a sense of unity within the whole MIRAIT ONE Group.

The new uniforms offer "excellent functionality that accommodates various work environments" and "stylish design that is also female-friendly."
Specifically, we have adopted polo shirts for the first time in the MIRAIT ONE Group as a measure against extreme heat. The uniforms are made of the manufacturer's original fabric using highly breathable material with antistatic threads and are suitable for various work environments. We also conducted an in-house survey as well as on-site wearing tests to pursue user-friendliness in every detail. In particular, we adjusted the size and angle of all pockets and added vertical zip pockets to make it easier to put things in and take them out even when wearing a full-body harness. In addition, the opinions of female engineers were reflected in the design, such as securing anti-transparent fabric, adding a hidden button on the chest of the shirt, and adopting a unisex design for the slacks as well as a design for the female body shape.

With the introduction of the new uniforms, all Group employees will share a stronger sense of being part of the "ONE team" along with pride as members of a company that supports social infrastructure and will contribute to further improving our services and realizing a sustainable society. We will also promote sustainable management by collecting and recycling old uniforms and taking other environmentally friendly measures.
