MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Hidemune Sugahara; "MIRAIT ONE"),together with its group company Y2S Co., Ltd. (head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Yoko Ogawa, Kazuhiko Kitaoka; hereinafter, "Y2S"), will launch a cloud/on-premises integrated managed service "MY One Grid™" (*1) on April 23, 2026.

"MY One Grid™" is a one-stop service that supports the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of servers and network equipment at the time of implementation on any IT infrastructure, from on-premises to multi-cloud environments. Our nationwide onsite maintenance service structure enables us to provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Having welcomed Y2S to the MIRAIT ONE Group in October 2025, we are now able to provide an operation monitoring service for the cloud environment as a solution, which could not be offered before. By combining Y2S's cloud environment operation monitoring service with MIRAIT ONE's on-premises environment operation monitoring service and nationwide onsite maintenance service structure, we offer a unique one-stop service unlike any other.

"MY One Grid™" is a one-stop solution to various issues that customers face, such as the "wish to ensure a smooth implementation from installation to operation without worrying about resources (people and systems)," "need to always keep the cloud environment up-to-date and secure," and "prompt support, day or night, when encountering a system failure."

MIRAIT ONE will continue to support customers' AI and DX promotion efforts and contribute to resolving customers' challenges by providing diverse solutions as an "infrastructure and on-site DX implementation partner," linking operational technology (OT) and digital technology (IT).
