The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program is a program for honoring corporations such as large enterprises and SMEs that practice particularly outstanding health & productivity management based on initiatives to promote health being conducted by Nippon Kenko Kaigi in partnership with insurers (health insurance associations).
The objective is to increase the visibility of outstanding corporations practicing health & productivity management to establish an environment enabling them to be socially recognized by employees, job seekers, affiliates and financial institutions as "corporations that consider employees' health and productivity management from a business-management perspective and strategically implement initiatives that lead to maintenance and promotion of health." It is divided into two categories, a "SME Category" for small and medium enterprises and medical corporations and a "Large Enterprise Category" for large enterprises and medical corporations, and "Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations" are recognized in each category.
