Major telecommunications construction company MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toshiki Nakayama; "MIRAIT ONE") obtained certification for "Osaka City Leading Company in Women's Participation" on May 1, 2023.

"Osaka City Leading Company in Women's Participation" certification is a program in which Osaka City certifies companies that actively promote the creation of organizations that enable motivated women to continue to actively participate, support for work-life balance and household participation by men according to certain standards.

MIRAIT ONE was recognized for the establishment of systems, in addition to being a place of business with a track record, and in addition to the highest 3-star certification, was also certified as a "Company Promoting Ikumen" for being a company supporting men's participation in childcare.
