At the same time, we joined the Global Compact Network Japan, which consists of Japanese and other companies that have signed the UNGC.
Companies that sign the UNGC are required to endorse the Ten Principles*2 related to "protection of human rights," "elimination of unfair labor practices," "environmental responsibility," and "prevention of corruption," and to continue their efforts to realize these principles under the proactive commitment of top management.
The MIRAIT ONE Group has identified the following key issues (materiality) toward achieving Vision 2030: "Building and maintaining an environmentally-friendly society," "Building and maintaining a safe, secure, and prosperous society," "Building and maintaining a culture where people respect the diversity of human resources and learn from each other," and "Building and maintaining a fair and transparent corporate group." With the above materiality in mind, we clarify social issues, etc., and promote ESG management with the aim of enhancing corporate value to contribute to the SDGs and realize a sustainable society.
