MIRAIT ONE Corporation (head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Hidemune Sugahara; "MIRAIT ONE") and Bear Robotics Japan LLC (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; "Bear Robotics Japan"), the Japanese subsidiary of Bear Robotics, Inc. (head office: Redwood City, California, U.S.A.) concluded a strategic partnership agreement in September 2025.

MIRAIT ONE and Bear Robotics Japan have signed a strategic partnership agreement to fully deploy "Servi Plus," a next-generation serving robot, in the Japanese market. The two companies aim to solve issues in a wide range of fields, including food service, lodging, medical care, and logistics, by not only improving the efficiency of serving operations but also providing total solutions with a view to making cities smarter on the whole.

"Servi Plus" is a state-of-the-art serving robot developed by Bear Robotics, featuring large trays, high-precision sensors, and cloud linkage capabilities that enable integration with buildings and urban infrastructure in addition to enhanced conventional operational efficiency. It can be linked to POS systems, automatic doors, elevators, etc., via an API, and is expected to function as a "mobility infrastructure" in smart buildings and smart cities in the future.

Taking advantage of its track record in implementing ICT solutions and telecommunications infrastructure across the country, MIRAIT ONE will handle the entire process of robot installation, from sales to implementation and operational support. Bear Robotics Japan will provide software services tailored to the Japanese market based on robotics technologies from Silicon Valley, with the aim of maximizing the benefits of the collaboration between the two companies.

Through this partnership, the two companies will work together to resolve labor shortages and promote labor savings and efficiency in the food service industry and other service fields, while at the same time accelerating the digital transformation of cities on the whole. In particular, by using "Servi Plus" at the starting point in expanding the ecosystem, we intend to go beyond the role of simply handling robots and provide total solutions that support the infrastructure of smart cities.
